Work
Problems worth explaining
The longer version of the CV: what I built, the stack it was built on, and what the constraint actually was. Employment and independent work, newest first.
A whole product, alone
A React Native app, a Neo4j food graph doing graph RAG with fail-closed safety, and a Kubernetes cluster under Argo CD — built and run by one person. Plus an offline sync engine, designed and measured against six alternatives before a line of it was written.
Code as data, not text
TypeScript, React Native and Convex behind an AI-native canvas product, and an AST-based virtual file system so generated projects can be edited as structured data instead of patched as strings.
Shipping software to the North Sea
Platform engineering over a hybrid AWS and on-premise estate — Terraform, Kubernetes, iPXE, CI/CD — behind a GPU inference product on oil rigs and wind farms. Provisioning went from a week to under four hours.
Half a million genomes on a gaming GPU
A React and Rust/gRPC platform over an eight-GPU box, split from a monolith into services, with self-hosted observability — above a CUDA kernel that runs half-million-sample studies by keeping the cohort on the cards.
Tax law as a system requirement
Java and Spring microservices on Kubernetes for Tier-1 private banks — high-volume transaction processing, EU tax APIs, and leading the cross-functional team that delivered French tax compliance.
